Export Products
Selby produces and exports three core high-value crops from Zimbabwe: blueberries, mange tout peas, and sugar snap peas. Our focus is on consistent quality, reliability, and meeting the specifications of demanding international buyers. Our blueberries are grown to export standards and form part of Zimbabwe’s rapidly expanding blueberry industry, which has recorded annual export growth of approximately 63% in recent years. Naturally rich in vitamin C, vitamin K and anthocyanins, they offer recognised nutritional and functional benefits that align with global demand for healthier products. Selby's mange tout and sugar snap peas are produced for European retail and foodservice markets, with particular focus on the UK and the Netherlands. Crops are managed for pod uniformity, sweetness, and texture, and are harvested at optimal maturity to maintain colour, crunch, and shelf-life. These products are suited to a wide range of applications, from fresh retail packs to convenience and foodservice formats. Production is underpinned by disciplined agronomy, sustainable farming practices, and robust cold chain management from field to dispatch. Selby operates to international quality and food safety requirements, including GlobalG.A.P certification, to ensure that every consignment meets importer and retailer standards.

Mange Tout Peas
Mange Tout peas, also known as snow peas, are a premium vegetable prized for their crisp texture and delicate sweetness. These peas feature flat, edible pods that reveal a vibrant green colour and a satisfyingly crunchy bite, making them a versatile addition to both gourmet cuisine and everyday meals. Grown under careful conditions and harvested at peak freshness, Mange Tout peas deliver a mild, lightly sweet flavour that remains tender whether enjoyed raw, stir-fried, or lightly steamed.

Sugar Snaps
Sugar Snap peas are premium, edible-pod peas prized for their thick, rounded pods and satisfyingly crisp texture. Featuring plump, sweet peas encapsulated in a crunchy, bright green pod, they offer a naturally sweet flavour that makes them ideal for snacking, salads, stir-fries, and light cooking. Entirely edible and stringless, Sugar Snaps require no shelling, offering effortless preparation and enjoyment either raw or briefly cooked to preserve their snap and fresh flavour.

Blue Berries
Blueberries are premium, small round berries renowned for their vibrant deep blue to black color and natural, powdery bloom that protects their skin. Each berry offers a tender, juicy bite with a sweet flavor and subtle woodsy undertones. Blueberries are highly versatile, enjoyed fresh as a dessert fruit or added to pastries, jams, cereals, and salads thanks to their appealing texture and rich taste.
